Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Invention level by 1; worn to slow the drain of invention charge; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Invention hood with the Invention cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Doc for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Invention.
When worn, you can do the special Invention skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Doc, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
