Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Herblore level by 1; worn to attain the ability to clean all herbs in your inventory for no experience (upon activation); and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Herblore hood with the Herblore cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Kaqemeex for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Herblore.
When worn, you can do the special Herblore skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Kaqemeex, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
