Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Construction level by 1; worn to reduce the cost of creating planks by 10%; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Construction hood with the Construction cape (t). Both of these are purchased, as a set, from any Estate agent for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Construction.
When worn, you can do the special Construction skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to an Estate agent, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
