You must have at least 47 <a href="/rs3/skill/prayer">Prayer</a> points for <a href="/database/npc/davey">Davey</a> to bless the <a href="/database/item/wrench">Wrench</a>. <br/><br/> Completion of <a href="/rs3/quest/pieces-of-hate">Pieces of Hate</a> will earn 10% more prayer restored while using <a href="/rs3/skill/dungeoneering#offhand">Dungeoneering</a> prayer necklaces. <br/><br/> The amount of extra points gained varies depending on your skill level. The extra points also stacks with all 4 tiers of the <a href="/rs3/special/auras-guide">Reverence aura</a>. Without an aura active, per dose you will receive...<br/> <ul> <li><a href="/database/item/prayer-potion-3">Prayer potion</a> = 10-20 extra points</li> <li><a href="/database/item/super-restore-3">Super restore potion</a> = 10-30 extra points</li> <li><a href="/database/item/prayer-renewal-3">Prayer renewal</a> 30 extra points over time</li> </ul> After completion of the associated quest, if you have unlocked the entire <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan#hub">Hub track</a>, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan">Quest Point Caravan</a> if lost or destroyed. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained from <a href="/database/npc/davey">Davey</a>. <br/><br/> It is possible to earn up to about 250 extra prayer points per dose (<a href="/database/item/super-prayer-renewal-3">Super prayer renewal</a> + T4 Reverence aura + Holy wrench) at level 99. It is suggested to limit the use of this item to lower risk fights. As such, it can be destroyed or kept as you desire.
