Used by burying it near your chosen World Event 2 god camp for 20 Prayer XP, if you have more than one skull, the XP rate goes up depending on how many you have.

You can only bury it in your chosen faction's camp. It can't be banked. It can be lost upon death in the PVP areas for the World Event 2.
