Herald cape

Worn for cosmetic purposes.

There is a version of this cape for each city (<a href="/rs3/city/falador">Falador</a>, <a href="/rs3/city/lumbridge">Lumbridge</a>, and <a href="/rs3/city/varrock">Varrock</a>), though the icon for all looks the same. It is only possible to possess 1 version of the Herald cape at a time. Speaking to one of the other Heralds with a different city cape will prompt them to question if you'd like to exchange it for their city's cape instead.
