The healer's flamethrower is obtained by a healer role in the hard mode of Barbarian Assault after all players have deposited five of their roles required items (a healer requires obtaining five buckets of acid).

Item obtained from the Barbarian Assult.
Notes
Once obtained players must chant from their scroll in the correct order to make the Penance King vulnerable to the flamethrower. Cannot be alchemised
