Reward from <a href="/rs3/quest/hazeel-cult">Hazeel Cult</a> quest if you join <a href="/database/monster/clivet">Clivet</a>; Found in <a href="/database/npc/butler-jones">Butler Jones</a>' room.
Item Uses
Acts as a “key” to the Clutists’ hideout and marks your affiliation with them (help Clivet route) OR given to <a href="/database/npc/ceril-carnillean">Ceril</a> to prove that <a href="/database/npc/butler-jones">Butler Jones</a> is a member of the Hazeel Cult (help Ceril route).
Notes
When the first came out, you could only get your hands on this by sideing with <a href="/database/monster/clivet">Clivet</a>.

After completion of the associated quest, if you have unlocked the entire <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan#hub">Hub track</a>, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan">Quest Point Caravan</a> if lost or destroyed; even if you did not receive it as a reward. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained from <a href="/database/monster/clivet">Clivet</a>.

There is no need to keep this item after the quest has been completed. As such, it can be destroyed or kept as you desire.
