After you plant the seeds, you will be able to harvest and prune it. You can plant these anywhere you can light a fire. Each of these seeds used make the plant that is grown last for an additional 12 seconds, with a maximum of 25 seeds planted at once.
Harvesting will grant either Harvest Festival produce, or Harvest Festival perfect produce, which can be used to gain either Farming, or Prayer experience.
Any person can use the grown item to gain Firemaking experience. However, they will not gain produce from another persons plant.
