Used for the Plague City quest and
Mogre Mini-Quest.
Notes
Made by using Snape grass with Chocolatey milk. This item is used during the Plague City quest, in which a player can give one to Bravek in order to obtain a warrant from him allowing the player to enter the "plague-house" in the south-east corner of the city. As well as Skippy located in Rimmington, in the Mogre miniquest, assisting him to explain the "creature" he observed in the water, turning out to be a Mogre, allowing players to kill them as Slayer monsters.
