Charged via <a href="/database/npc/doric-scimitops-handler">Doric</a> and <a href="/database/npc/boric">Boric</a> Tasks to obtain <a href="/rs3/skill/smithing">Smithing</a> and/or <a href="/rs3/skill/mining">Mining</a> experience.

You can only obtain experience for ONE skill when you claim it. If you want experience for both skills you will need to claim it between tasks. For example: task 1 Mining experience, tasks 2 & 3 Smithing experience, task 4 Mining, etc. <br/><br/> After completion of the associated quest, if you have unlocked the entire <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan#hub">Hub track</a>, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan">Quest Point Caravan</a> if lost or destroyed. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained from <a href="/database/npc/doric-scimitops-handler">Doric</a>. <br/><br/> It is possible to receive more <a href="/rs3/skill/smithing">Smithing</a> and/or <a href="/rs3/skill/mining">Mining</a> experience by completing <a href="/database/npc/doric-scimitops-handler">Doric</a> and <a href="/database/npc/boric">Boric</a> Tasks. Fully charging will complete the <a href="/rs3/special/tips-and-tricks-to-obtaining-the-master-quest-cape">"What's Mine Is Also Doric's"</a> requirement for the <a href="/database/item/master-quest-cape">Master Quest Cape</a>. <br/><br/> Beyond this, there is no need to keep this item after the quest has been completed; it is simply cosmetic after the miniquest. As such, it can be destroyed or kept as you desire.
