While you are killing monsters with this equipped it has a chance to double the charms that are dropped. This will only last for 250 double charm drops.
You can also use this necklace to teleport to an obelisk once a day. The obelisks you can teleport to are; Taverly, Gu'Thanoth, Brimhaven, Nature Spirit Grotto, Pollniveach, Piscatoris, and Well of Voyage.
The necklace will remain after the double drops have run out, and you will keep the ability to teleport at all times.
