Added to <a href="/database/item/terrible-pie">Terrible pie</a> to create <a href="/database/item/mouth-watering-pie">Mouth-watering pie</a>; Increases the amount food heals you - does not work with restorative items.
Notes
It will heal you 50 more <a href="/rs3/skill/combat#constitution">Life points</a> when in your inventory or worn.

After completion of the associated quest, if you have unlocked the entire <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan#hub">Hub track</a>, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan">Quest Point Caravan</a> if lost or destroyed. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained from <a href="/database/npc/nails-newton">Nails Newton</a>.

Given the minimal healing boost, keeping the item is not particularly helpful at higher levels. Beyond the boost, and cosmetic effect, there is no need to keep this item after the quest has been completed. As such, it can be destroyed or kept as you desire.
