Notes
You must deliver this to the Catapult Engineer, in the forest north of the Tyras Camp, and he will let you read it. It states that to fix the catapult, you need the Mahogany catapult parts and the Metal catapult parts. If lost or destroyed, it can be retrieved by talking to General Hining.
