Item Uses
Worn for protection; worn to enable teleportation to any available resource dungeon; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item can be purchased when you have achieved 120 Dungeoneering and will come with the Dungeoneering hood. When worn, you can do the special master cape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. This is currently the only master skillcape with it's own emote and one of the few capes to have a smoke trail.
