You will have to obtain at least 10 Duel Arena player kills to be unlock this Tier and be able to wear it.

Wear as a sign of achievement in the Duel Arena activity.
Notes
When worn, you can perform the Brag emote each 15 seconds and also turn into a statue with the Transform option to show your exploits to the present public.
If you click "Options" while your hat is in your inventory, you will be able to prevent your death/kill ratio and kills in a row streak from showing in your statue form, in addition to that, you will be given the option to reset your current score, be careful though, this action is not reversible.
The "Change-look" option of this hat will allow you to switch your Tier 1 hat look between Tier 1 and back. Changing the look of your hat will not affect your score and is reversible.
