To deal extra damage against dragons.
Notes
Made by using Dragonbane bars on Kethsian anvil and combining the arrowheads with headless arrows. This anvil can be accessed during and after Ritual of the Mahjarrat using the fairy ring codes D-I-R followed by A-K-S.
It can be found (from the fairy ring) after going up the ramp, jumping across the space to the west, then crossing the fallen spire.
