Where Found
This was used as a way to visit the Black Hole, but it no longer exists. It can now be bought by players.
Item Uses
Allowed a person to leave the blackhole by spinning it. The blackhole was taken out of the game and the disc no longer serves a purpose.
Notes
In the early beginnings of RuneScape, the punishment in game for a player who broke the rules were sent to a black hole. This item was added so players could visit the black hole by buying a disk for 10gp, and spinning it. The spin option and black hole were removed due to people becoming stuck. Since it's no longer used, it is now a collector's item.
