The defender's flamethrower is obtained by a defender role in the hard mode of Barbarian Assault after all players have deposited five of their roles required items (a defender requires obtaining five fuel sacs).

Item obtained from the Barbarian Assault.
Notes
Once obtained players must chant from their scroll in the correct order to make the Penance King vulnerable to the flamethrower. Cannot be alchemised
