Made during <a href="/rs3/quest/back-to-the-freezer">Back to the Freezer</a>, by combing the <A href="/database/item/de-lore-ing-device-incomplete">De-lore-ing device (incomplete)</a> and <a href="/database/item/flax-cap-ice-i-tor">Flax cap-ice-i-tor</a>.
<br>It will need to be repaired 4 times, once after ever time you travel back in time, until you reach the penguin secret bunker.

<li>With the Penguin bonogs and Cowbells, after you travel to "Fin-inor".</li>
<li>With <a href="/database/item/cabbage-back-to-the-freezer">Cabbage</a>, after you travel to the Cabbage patch, where the Gower brothers are wandering about.</li>
<li>With the <a href="/database/item/worthless-old-boots">Worthless old boots</a>, after you travel to what looks like the Mining guild, in order to 'reboot' it.</li>
