Where Found
Appears in your inventory after going down the Elevator Shaft in the Haunted Mine quest if you have a tinderbox with you. It becomes damp because you are in water.

Notes
A Damp tinderbox is made when a player falls into the water with a tinderbox on the 5th level of the Abandoned Mine. This renders the tinderbox useless and unable to light any type of light source. This is so the player must complete the Glowing fungus puzzle to be able to see, and thus finish the quest.
Examine Information
Not so useful for lighting a fire.
