Item Uses
When worn, the monocle gives an invisible Crafting boost of two level that can be used when crafting clockwork items.
Notes
If you lose the monocle after the mini-quest then you must talk to Urist, choose the second option that is "Is that your talisman by your foot?" after the short bit of dialogue he is distracted, then you automatically pickpocket him for the monocle.
