These trousers form part of the Construction outfit which also includes boots,gloves, trousers (bottoms) and garb (top). The trousers can be claimed at either the Paterdomus/Canifis or the Burgh de Rott ends of the trek after achieving combined NPC levels of 300 or more.
The complete outfit gives a total experience bonus of +5% while training Construction. The set can be stored in the armour case of a POH in the "Construction outfit" slot. A pair of gloves to protect your hands and give increased experience while doing home improvements.
