Item Uses
Allows the wearer to teleport slightly closer to the Warriors' Guild and the Champions' Guild, also teleports to the Ranging Guild, and the Monastery. It also updates the wearer with their Slayer totals every tenth target they need to kill.

Made by using the Enchant Lvl-5 Jewelry spell (15 Water runes, 15 Earth runes, 1 Cosmic rune) on a Dragon bracelet.
Can be recharged at totem in Legends' Guild.
