Acquired by searching the two stacked crates in the Northwest corner of the Northwest room of Zemouregal’s fortress.
Item Uses
Used with the Decoder strips to discover the code to open the reliquary in Zemouregal's fortress.
Notes
If lost or destroyed, it can be re-obtained by searching the stacked crates again. Upon searching the crates, you find Code key (reliquary) and Heart magic notes.
