Members who have an active account on Runescape Classic and have logged on at least once, can obtain this cape. When bought, the classic cape also comes with the Classic hood. The cape emote is activated with the Skillcape emote icon. The animation displayed is one of three images: a rune hatchet, a rune arrow, or a runite bar in a thought bubble.
Can be stored in a Player-Owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can buy it again from Iffie.
