Bunny ears were the first untradeable holiday item dropped after Jagex chose to discontinue tradable holiday drops with the release of the Santa hat the previous December and would randomly spawn around a player accompanied by a message saying "Happy Easter!".
If lost, you can retrieve them from Diango in Draynor Village, Ianto in Prifddinas, Thessalia in Varrock, or from a Costume box in the Costume room of your Player-owned House.
