The brass hand is made by assembling five pieces from a Broken hand with a Hammer and 2 Bronze wires in your inventory. After you finish fixing the hand, talk to Brass hand harry to receive a Ink pad and a piece of paper. Use the hand on the Ink pad to make a Inky hand.
