Notes
During the 200m Account event, players can receive this bow from Hey Presto in order to kill a Party Demon. The locations at which Hey Presto and the party demons appear are: in the Barbarian Village, in the Varrock Sewers, and in the Bandit Camp. If destroyed, you can obtain another one from Diango in Draynor Village.
