To hatch a Hatchling blue dragon, the egg needs to be incubated in a pet shop. The egg takes 60 minutes to hatch.
You can receive more than one egg of each color, but they will need to be raised to full growth and stored in a player owned house menagerie, before you can incubate another egg.
The ophidian incubation scrolls from the Spirit Cobra familiar will not work on dragon eggs.
