The Black ibis legs can be found during the Pyramid Plunder minigame by searching the urns or the sarcophagus. You will have an increased chance of finding it by wielding the Sceptre of the gods.
It provides the wearer with a +0.6% boost to the Thieving skill. When the whole set is worn, a +5% bonus is obtained. This bonus does not affect experience gained from Pyramid Plunder or from trading sq'irk juice.
The chance of receiving a piece of the Black ibis outfit from Pyramid Plunder is increased by the Ring of fortune and the Luck of the dwarves.
