Allows travel through the factory in the A Clockwork Syringe quest.
Notes
Made by combining Barrelchest parts, a Large barrel, and a Head of a zombie. The Head of a zombie will first need to have bandages stuffed into it's mouth and covered by a surgical mask. While the barrelchest disguise is worn the player can't run or use most game menus. The player can however use the cannon and anchor carried by the disguise to defeat factory workers.
