Used to unlock the Azure room within the Temple of Aminishi Elite Dungeon.
Notes
This item can be dropped and reobtained repeatedly until it has been used. The door to the Azure room can be unlocked during Regular and Story modes, however, you must use the key on the door to unlock it.
