During the Mourning's Ends Part I quest, this item is made by using the Rotten apples on the Rotten Apple Pile in the apple orchard north of Ardougne (West) and west of the Combat Training Camp. This item is then mixed with the Barrel of naphtha to get Naphtha apples mix, which is all a part of the process of learning to make a poison.
