Notes
In order to obtain this item, you will need to use the $ilnkfull32124 on normal Ankou (level 60, 61, 63) in Stronghold of Security, the Wilderness Crater, or in the Sunken Pyramid (Player-Owned Dungeon) which are not attacking. Once hit by the agitator, it will cry out and attack you. These are then to be killed using Necromancy until a larger Ankou appears.
