The item is considered rare drop from Raids bosses, and owning the normal Teralith Helmet doubles the chance of getting the drop.Players having this will have the best defensive bonuses for any item in its slot, tied with other Raids equipment.

A player that is wearing the Achto Teralith set, or a mix of the two, will have a chance that all of your defensive abilities will have their cooldowns reset. Dying in the Wilderness with the achto teralith helmet will drop 8,400,000 coins instead of the item.
