Used to celebrate the 10th anniversary of RuneScape.
Notes
Made by lighting the candles on a 10th anniversary cake (with candles). When selecting the celebrate option, you will perform the special emote "Celebrate". You will catch the cake and light candles. This emote is enhanced when you have a cape equipped. If lost or destroyed, it can be retrieved by talking to Diango in Draynor Village.
